  • Death prediction. How should I respond?

    If you ever turned to classical literature on Jyotish (or to astrologers) then you probably faced the strict approach in certain classical interpretations that do not always correspond to real events. For example, we can often find such "strict interpretations" concerning death (such kind of interpretation can be found in our previous article concerning Surya Grahana (Solar Eclipse)). Please be aware that in Vedic tradition the word "death" does not always mean the actual death.

    In Vedic Astrology (according to classical Pancha Swara), the word "death" may refer to 8 different states:
    - Bhaya (fear);
    - Laya (shame);
    - Apmaan (insult);
    - Bandhana (imprisonment, any restrictions);
    - Dukha (pain);
    - Roga (illness);
    - Vyatha (suffering, agony, distress);
    - Mrityu (physical death, actually).

    Accordingly, if you meet a combination which "leads to death" in Kundali (horoscope), this does not necessarily mean that you (or someone else) will die. But it clearly shows that such combination will affect Kundali (horoscope) resulting in one of the states mentioned-above. The degree of the harm from such "deadly combination" (and thus - the type of state) will depend on other negative/positive factors in Kundali, that will either strengthen bad influence of deadly combination or weaken it.

    Be with God, happy and always take a good care of yourself!
