This question is asked by people quite often. Or they say “something is moving a bit” or “not moving at all”, meaning a person did not get a result he/she hoped for. A very delicate topic. It has a discussion within, which any responsible astrologer has to be always ready for.

Muhurta’s only property (and a sole purpose) is that it always works according to the Universal laws. But we have to remember that our personal perception of these laws is totally subjective! Same story with results of our action – their estimation depends mainly on our own life values and clarity of our mind. More than that - these 2 factors change with time too and influence the fact how happy we are with certain circumstances (speaking in ayurvedic terms, we can compare it to Prakriti and Vikruti states - a person can be either in a state of Prakriti, which is his/her true state, or Vikruti – a distorted one). That’s why only a person who is well-integrated into a system of Muhurta and does not judge life experiences as positive/negative, can feel the dynamics, which is given by auspicious Muhurta to his/her actions.

Only that action, which is performed in a harmony with the Universe, has Energy in it.”
The duty of Muhurta is to bring any action in the accord with Universal laws. It means that the Overall Harmony prevails over a human wish. It takes wisdom and patience to align your actions with the flow of the Universe with the help of Muhurta. This way a result might take time to come, but when it arrives it will be filled with Universal Energy and have greater benefits for everyone, including you.
